Early morning crash between school bus and pickup under investigation in Bellevue
BELLEVUE, Idaho (CBS2) — Idaho State Police is investigating a two-vehicle from Friday, Feb. 16, 2024, at approximately 6:45 a.m., SH75 at milepost 102.3, south of Bellevue.
A 27-year-old male from Fairfield driving a 2004 Ford F150 pickup northbound on SH75 went off the left shoulder after crossing the center line, going into the southbound travel lane and getting struck by a school bus driven by a 62-year-old female.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts. The pickup's driver was transported to a local hospital by ground ambulance.
No kids were on the bus at the time of the crash. The travel lanes were blocked for about two hours.
The crash is still under investigation at this time.
