The early workout bird gets the worm, according to Kendall. "I prefer to work out in the morning," she told Harper's BAZAAR.
"To stay toned, I do a lot of ab work with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and occasionally I'll take a kickboxing class," Kendall told Harper's about her workouts. "People will find it hard to believe, that girl squats, dead-lifts and does pull-ups," Peterseton dished to Us Weekly in 2016. He added that she does "a lot of sled-pushing, a lot of lateral banded work, up and down the track, and a lot of very high-intensity cardio intervals" and that she would do some form of exercise "almost every day."
There is one type of workout that Kendall loathes. "I hate cardio," she told The Thirty. "I'd rather just stand there and lift some weights than run in place. But I'll do it!"
Kendall cooks…a little. One of her favorite dishes to whip up is pasta. "I don't cook that much besides my standard eggs, avocado and toast breakfast, but when I do, I have a few super simple recipes that I consider my 'specialties'," she wrote in a post on her app titled The Dish I Cook for Dinner Better Than Anyone Else in 2017.
These foods "will forever and always" make Kendall's list: "Twix, Justin's Peanut Butter, chips and guac, and hummus and carrots. See, pretty simple—just feed me and I'm ready to go!" she told The Thirty, adding that she loves "everything unhealthy. Pizza, fried chicken—everything."
Kendall maintains that transcendental meditation has been a game-changer for her. "I kept hearing about meditating and was skeptical about it, but decided [to] just do it," she told Allure in 2019. "So I sat down for four days with a teacher and learned TM (Transcendental Meditation) and really dove into it, and I started to see such a difference in my mental health."
"I have to sleep at least seven to eight hours to be fully awake for the next day, so I try to get to bed as soon as I can. I've trained myself to fall asleep anywhere possible, in the car or on a flight," Kendall confessed to Harper's BAZAAR in 2016.
