Diva Tamar Braxton has decided to challenge herself and fans are rooting for her while critics are telling her to slow down.

In a matter of days, Tamar will be celebrating her birthday. The singer and reality TV star will be turning 42 years old, and she has decided to lose 20 pounds before the big day.

Tamar, who is currently dating Nigerian businessman Yemi, has been working out like crazy to shed the pounds that she gained while inside the “Big Brother” house where she won $250,000.

This week, Tamar took to social media where she posted a video that has now gone viral. In theclip, Vincent Herbert’s ex-wife is sweating it out as she works out at KTX’s Hip Hop Spin Class.

By the looks of things, the work out sessions have been successful because Tamar showed off her weight loss while on vacation for her birthday.

In a recent interview with TV host Wendy Williams, Tamar said this about the pounds: “I gained about 20 pounds. They give you what they want you to eat and the time.”

She added: “I’m not gonna lie it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever signed up for.”

Tamar also spoke about getting married to Yemi in the future.

She stated: “He doesn’t jump in front of the camera, he has no desire to be. He’s in finance and not mine honey. I don’t know. I would love to have more kids, but I have a fertility thing. I don’t know I just have to leave it up to God. Whatever his purpose is.”

Tamar also spoke about her 2017 hospitalization: “God has opened so many doors and made so many ways, because really, to be honest, I wasn’t supposed to be here. I was supped to be gone after those blood clots,” she said, referencing her 2017 hospitalization.
